Be part of our mission to make heart health achievable by everyone in Australia by 2050.  How You Can Make a Difference  As our Data Engineer, you’ll be the heartbeat of our data operations. You’ll design and maintain robust pipelines that keep our data circulating between platforms like Blackbaud RENXT, Dynamics 365, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your mission? Ensure our data flows are strong, steady, and reliable—because healthy data means a healthy organisation.   You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and one of our offices.  What You'll Be Doing  Build and maintain robust data pipelines to keep information flowing smoothly.   Integrate data between CRMs, marketing platforms, and other systems so everything works in sync.   Design automation workflows using tools like Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline processes.   Develop data models that power insights, predictions, and smarter decisions.   Collaborate with fundraising teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.   Respond to ad hoc data requests quickly and accurately.   Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity across all systems.   Implement best practices in governance, documentation, and security.   Stay up to date with emerging tech and trends in data engineering.  What You'll Bring  Tech chops: Solid skills in SQL and Python - you’ll be using these every day.   API know-how: Comfortable pulling data in and out of systems like a pro.   Automation flair: Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to make things run smoother.   Integration smarts: Ability to connect CRMs, marketing platforms, and other tools so everything works together.   Problem-solving mindset: You love figuring things out and making processes better.   Attention to detail: Because clean, accurate data is everything.   Communication skills: You can explain tech stuff without making people’s heads spin.   Curiosity: Always keen to learn new tools and stay ahead of trends.   Why Join Us?  At our heart, we are driven by purpose.
