Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our product/design team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a strong portfolio to demonstrate their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and UI specifications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
  • Design clean, engaging, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.
  • Maintain and evolve the company's design system and style guide.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Preferably Male Candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking process.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with motion design/prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
