WARD FOUR has been started by people with significant years in the industry with experience in India and around the world. Role:

For this position we need an architect with 3-5 years of experience, who has had the opportunity to focus on interiors or is a trained interior architect. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio in interior design conceptualization and should simultaneously have the capacity to develop the design through detailed construction documents and construction administration.

Education: B.Arch / Bachelors in Interior Design.

Minimum Relevant Experience: 3-5 years

Duties and Key Skills will include:

- Develop Conceptual Design in terms of Interior Design- Assist Senior architects and Interior Designer in integrating Conceptual interior design with project at hand.- Design coordination with consultants, clients and contractors- Prepare detailed presentations, construction drawings, finish schedules and knowledge of materials.- Have the ability to conduct Quality Control with respect to documents.- Strong background in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D Max- Knowledge of REVIT is a plus.- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational skills- Must be willing to handle some amounts of administrative duties.- Must be willing to travel
