Figma / Graphics Designer

The Figma / Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate brand messages across digital platforms. This role involves working closely with the marketing team, product team, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful designs. Responsibilities: Develop creative designs for social media, websites, presentations and marketing campaigns Understand project requirements and team briefs to deliver effective design solutions. Create visual concepts, illustrations, icons, and graphics using industry-standard design tools. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials. Work on multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Edit and enhance images, retouch photos, and prepare final artwork for production. Follow brand guidelines and ensure design quality across all platforms. Stay updated with the latest design trends, styles, and technologies to create fresh and engaging visuals. Communicate design ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders. Support the team with any additional graphic-related tasks as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Fine Arts/BCA or equivalent. Experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of digital and print work. Skilled in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools. Good understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and branding. Ability to create social media creatives, marketing materials, and UI/web graphics. Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (added advantage). Familiar with print-ready files and design standards. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Work Environment: Collaborative office setting with opportunities to work on diverse design projects Occasional additional hours may be required for maintenance or deployment windows.
