You’ll be capturing artist BTS, product videos, unboxings, festival clips, and everything in between.If you understand Instagram Reels, short-form storytelling, and youth culture — this role is perfect for you.Key ResponsibilitiesShooting + Production Shoot 5–8 reels per week across multiple brandsCapture BTS content during Track’d artist shootsFilm Wave Earplugs festival coverage & product demosShoot Khilona + marketplace product videosBuild a content library for upcoming campaignsEditing + Post Production Edit high-quality reels using Premier Pro / Final Cut / Cap CutAdd transitions, text, hooks, and trending formatsDeliver quick edits for launch deadlinesMaintain consistent brand style across all videosCreative + Strategy Suggest content ideas aligned with trendsWork closely with brand managers for shoot requirementsCollaborate with the social media agency (Radhika)Understand brand tone and adapt content accordinglyWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years experience in content creation / videographyStrong editing skills (Premier Pro, Final Cut, Cap Cut, etc.)Good eye for angles, lighting, and storytellingComfortable shooting both products and peopleAbility to handle fast-paced content deadlinesStrong understanding of Instagram Reels trendsCreative mindset + problem-solving approachExperience with short-form content for brands is a bonusSalary Range₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month(Depending on experience & portfolio)What You’ll Love About Working With UsShoot with artists across India for Track’dWork on fast-growing youth brandsFull freedom to create and experimentBe part of a creative, high-energy environmentWork directly with the founder and brand headsOpportunities to travel for shoots & festivalsHow to ApplySend your CV + video portfolio/reel links to:
