ROLE SUMMARY - The Product Strategy Leader is the market-facing owner of Freyr Digital’s products, acting as the “CEO” for their product area. This role is responsible for driving product growth, positioning, and success in the market by deeply understanding customer needs and shaping go-to-market strategies. Partnering closely with the Product Lead (PL), the Strategy Leader ensures that products are positioned effectively, adopted widely, and deliver strong business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Program Management of Freya Fusion o Manage Freya Fusion as an integrated program, ensuring alignment across modules and initiatives. o Own and govern the product calendar, tracking milestones, dependencies, and release schedules. o Standardize program reporting and provide clear visibility to leadership. Cross-Team Collaboration o Work with all Product Owners to align module roadmaps with the overall platform strategy. o Collaborate with Domain Excellence Teams (regulatory SMEs, functional experts) to ensure product requirements are well-defined and delivered. o Partner with engineering, design, and QA to ensure smooth execution of releases. Governance & Oversight o Lead internal product governance meetings, including roadmap reviews, release readiness checks, and risk assessments. o Proactively monitor progress, surface blockers, and escalate issues to leadership when required. o Maintain strong discipline in release governance and ensure predictability in delivery. Strategic Alignment o Support the CPO in setting product OKRs, priorities, and success metrics. o Consolidate insights from customers, businesses, and market into actionable inputs for roadmap decisions. o Ensure that delivery consistently aligns with Freyr Digital’s product vision and goals
