Responsibilities:Visual Storytelling:

Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with brand strategies, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual narrative across all touchpoints.Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, copywriters, 3D artists and client servicing teams, to bring concepts to life in ways that surprise and delight audiences.Technical Mastery:

Utilize your expertise in design software to produce high-quality assets that are both visually stunning and production-ready.Trendsetting:

Stay ahead of design trends, particularly in the experiential marketing and digital space, and integrate fresh, cutting-edge ideas into your work.Client Interaction:

If needed, present design concepts along with client servicing team to clients, articulating your creative vision and rationale, while also being open to feedback and iterations.Team spirit:

Guide junior designers and work in tandem with other designers , fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.

Skills:Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the agility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
