Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Pega CSSA or LSA.
  • Proven experience in developing applications using the Scrum methodology with iterative sprints.
  • Proficient in working with Support & Development of Pega PRPC and Java/J2EE applications.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting & performance tuning of PRPC applications using Clipboard, Tracer, PAL, and DB Trace.
  • Strong expertise in UI, Process flows, Caching, Rule resolution, Activities.
  • Experience in implementing various PRPC components like Data Transforms, Decision Tables, Decision Maps, Declarative Expressions, and Indexes.
  • Expertise in PRPC flows, interpretation of complex Flow shapes for business scenarios, Activities, Agents, Tickets, SLA's, and Routing.
  • Extensive use of Connectors and SOAP Services in Pega PRPC to integrate with external systems.
  • Proficient in writing Activities, flows, RDB connectivity using RDB methods, Connect SQL, Data pages, Email Listeners, File Listeners, Decisions, Declarative rules, validations, Integrations using SOAP, Agents, SMA, and Performance tools.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts with Oracle and other databases.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of system development methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Experience in working with KAFKA Queue Processors, Job Schedulers.
  • Good to have experience in Pega Customer Service framework.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega PRPC solutions in accordance with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Pega applications.
  • Provide support and maintenance for existing Pega PRPC applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Integrate Pega PRPC with external systems using Connectors and SOAP Services.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex business scenarios and system issues.
  • Work with stakeholders to interpret business requirements and translate them into Pega PRPC solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest Pega PRPC and related technologies to provide innovative solutions.
