Founded in 1994, it has over 370 people and is among India’s top five IP firms. Our client is looking to hire Associate for Patent Litigation in Gurgaon/ Delhi. Mandatory Qualification: B.Tech/B.E OR M.Tech/M.E. +LLB (preferably with IP background) Patent Litigation Experience: 2-5 years. Mandatory experience in practicing in court Description ✓ Advisory and opinion work,Court work, Legal research, Drafting and Reviewing Agreements, Conducting trial, Litigation and Dispute Resolution Skills required ✓ Sound legal knowledge, Good and consistent Academic record, Good Communication skills, Strong Research and Analytical Skills, Basic legal drafting skills, Good with working in a team and coordinating with team members for optimal work product, Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.),Willingness to work in flexible schedule and undertake travelling
