About the Role
We are currently seeking an Adobe Target Developer specializing in Adobe Target, Launch, Analytics, and strong skills in CSS and JavaScript.
This is a global role that requires partnering with stakeholders, development teams at the country, regional, and global levels, utilizing in-depth knowledge of Adobe Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
As the Adobe Target Lead Developer, you will be directly responsible for:
Setting up personalization activities with teams.
Collaborating with the Analytics team to study data for A/B tests, traffic, and lead generation.
Working with product technical leads to design new products or enhancements, and participating in system development including analysis, coding, and testing.
Reviewing processes, impacts, and testing with the AEM development team.
Engaging with the UX team to gather requirements.
Coordinating with the UI team on changes and impact studies.
Turning business requirements into cost-effective and elegant technical solutions.
Performing design and code reviews.
Resolving challenging technical problems as the go-to expert.
Evaluating and implementing third-party solutions from a technical perspective.
Collaborating with other teams/vendors to connect front-end components with web and data services, and supporting back-end developers by integrating their work with the application.
Mentoring junior team members on standards and techniques to improve their accuracy and efficiency.
Conducting unit testing, system integration testing, and assisting with user acceptance testing.
Articulating business requirements in detail to ensure they can be designed and engineered into technical solutions.
Developing a technical understanding of data flows from various source systems to the application database.
Reviewing requirements intake, turnaround time, and other optimizations.
Consulting with the business to develop documentation and communication materials for accurate usage and interpretation of business requirements.
Providing ongoing support for applications used within the organization.
