Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction industry.

2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

3. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers/ Concern HOD’s, construction project teams, and external recruitment partners.

4. Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

6. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies an implementation.


Requirements:


1. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in the construction industry (RE and EPC / Contracting).

2. MBA / MPM /PGDBM -HR

3. Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

6. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in recruitment metrics and data analysis.
