Responsibilities :

- Flexcube Expertise : Analyze business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and configure Oracle Flexcube modules to meet specific needs.

- Functional Mastery: Demonstrate a deep understanding of core Flexcube functionalities (e., Core Banking, Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance) and their impact on business processes.

- Technical Proficiency : Utilize your technical skills to configure Flexcube modules, develop reports and workflows, and ensure system functionality aligns with business objectives.

- Data Analysis & Reporting : Extract and analyze relevant data from Flexcube to generate insightful reports and support data-driven decision making.

- Integration & Automation : Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Flexcube with other systems and automate processes for enhanced efficiency.

- Change Management : Facilitate successful system implementations and upgrades, effectively communicating changes and providing user training to ensure smooth adoption.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Participate in system testing activities to ensure accurate and reliable functionality of Flexcube configurations.

Technical Skills & Requirements :

- Oracle Flexcube Expertise : Proven experience working as a Techno-Functional Consultant with a solid understanding of Oracle Flexcube architecture and functionalities.

- Functional Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of core Flexcube modules and their application across various banking operations (tailor based on specific needs - e., Core Banking, Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance).

- SQL Skills : Proficiency in SQL for querying Flexcube databases and generating reports.

- Configuration & Customization : Experience in configuring, customizing, and extending Flexcube functionalities using tools like Oracle Scripting Language (OSL) or Flexcube Rapid Implementation Methodology (FRIM).

- Integration & Automation : Understanding of integration principles and basic knowledge of APIs for potential system integrations.

- Change Management : Proven ability to manage change initiatives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide user training for system adoption.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Experience with system testing methodologies and best practices for ensuring quality Flexcube configurations
