About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital marketing strategy. This leadership role involves driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand visibility, and scaling business growth through innovative digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business objectives.
  • Lead and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Oversee and optimize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing to increase lead generation and conversion.
  • Create and implement social media strategies to build a strong and consistent brand presence across platforms.
  • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Product) to create effective campaigns and landing pages.
  • Efficiently manage and optimize the digital marketing budget for maximum ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing digital marketing team that drives continuous growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role.
  • MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
  • Strong experience in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in driving ROI through well-executed digital strategies.
