Au sein de l'équipe DBA, vous serez responsable de l'ensemble de l'environnement des bases de données en collaboration avec les équipes DBA offshore :

Gestion des cas complexes et des escalades.

Support niveau 3 pour les IT locaux et offshore (RUN).

Gestion de la documentation technique (procédures techniques, runbooks de changement...).

Gestion des risques de sécurité et de vulnérabilité.

Maintenance du cycle de vie des systèmes.

Gestion de projets techniques (architecture, standards...).

Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

Respect des délais.

Orientation résultats et compétences en résolution de problèmes.

Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à prioriser.

Mise à jour du CMDB (base de connaissances = inventaire de tous les serveurs de toutes les bases).

Travailler étroitement avec notre équipe de bases de données offshore, basée en Inde, responsable du RUN et d'autres services de centre de compétences en Europe.

Les soutenir en fournissant une expertise de troisième niveau.

Participer à des groupes de travail interfonctionnels en démontrant des compétences d'analyse et de pensée abstraite.

Gérer l'activité, le service et les délais, les rapports d'état.

Profil

Compétences et Expérience Requises :

Administration de bases de données ORACLE (version 19 et plus) sur Linux, environnement RAC.

DMA EXADATA sur virtualisation KVM (x8M) - (Configuration des Switchs, Storage Cells, fichiers OEDA...).

Gestion du patching de la DB et d'Exadata.

Gestion des sauvegardes de bases de données avec RMAN et de la récupération après sinistre avec Data Guard.

Scripting, Shell, Powershell.

Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite

obligatoires

(français et anglais).

Fortes compétences en communication pour coordonner avec les membres de l'équipe, les fournisseurs et la direction, et excellente capacité d'adaptation.

Compétences en résolution de problèmes et compétences organisationnelles.

Gestion des réunions avec les parties prenantes.

Diplôme universitaire avec une spécialisation en informatique ou équivalent.

Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience en informatique.

Très bon relationnel, dynamique, réactif, service orienté business.

Très bonne capacité rédactionnelle.

Capacité à travailler en équipe.

Respect des engagements.

Capacité de résolution de problèmes.

Flexibilité pour travailler en dehors des heures ouvrées (astreinte).
