Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand startup-specific staffing needs and contribute to building high-performing teams.- Manage recruitment-related documentation and maintain candidate databases efficiently.- Assist in developing creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the competitive startup landscape.- Support HR administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office perks, and coordinating special events or initiatives.- Contribute to operational activities including documentation, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.- Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.- Uphold and promote the startup culture and values within the organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of startup culture and dynamics.- Experience of Web3 industry will be a plus.- Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and techniques to identify and engage top talent.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment typical of startup companies.- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.- Experience in HR administrative tasks and operational support within a startup setting is highly desirable.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
