Our expert team ensures that clients' businesses meet all regulatory requirements, identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities, and maintain robust, continuous protection against evolving cyber threats.Position Summary:The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in cybersecurity services. The AE will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their security challenges and aligning them with AuthenticOne’s solutions and expertise. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires strategic thinking, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement teams.- Conduct consultative sales presentations to articulate the value of AuthenticOne’s cybersecurity services, such as:- Strategy and Governance Services- Audit & Assessment Services- Advisory & Compliance Services- Managed Security Services- Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to craft tailored solutions and proposals.- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation to contract closure.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including forecasting and pipeline management.- Represent AuthenticOne at industry events, webinars, and trade shows to build brand awareness and thought leadership.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services or SaaS.- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles.Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market trends.- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).Preferred Qualifications:- Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients in Mumbai- High level understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services like GRC, VAPT, Red Teaming and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, DPDPA, SEBI CSCRF etc.- Existing relationships with IT or security decision-makers.Why Join Us- Be part of a young, passionate cybersecurity company making a real impact.- Work directly with leadership and sales experts; fast-track your learning.- Growth-oriented culture built on Trust, Transparency and Teamwork.To Apply:Send your resume with a short note about your biggest sales win to with the subject line:“Account Executive – Sales | (Your Name)”
