Job Objective: MCC is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support our digital data strategy by preparing, analyzing, and visualizing data that drives decision-making across marketing, CRM, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn and grow under the mentorship of a Principal Data Analyst.

Responsibility

Work tasks and content:
- Clean, validate, and organize raw data from various sources (CRM, web analytics, SaaS platforms)
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Support CRM and CDM data hygiene and segmentation efforts. (CDM: channel data management; includes shipment and POS data from ERP, EDI and web systems)
- Collaborate with marketing, web, and systems teams to ensure data accuracy and usability
- Document data processes and contribute to data governance initiatives
- Job Qualifications (What you will bring):

Education Background/ Major

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience (Must)

3+ years of experience in data analytics, information technology or computer science within the semiconductor industry (preferred).

Knowledge (Ideal)

  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaboration: , Office365

Abilities/Qualities

  • Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
    Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing

Skills/Certifications

  • Experience working with CRM platforms or SaaS tools
  • Exposure to AI-driven design tools or LLM-integrated workflows
  • Design certification a plus
