• Develop, monitor, and maintain predictive and adaptive models used by the NBA decision engine
• Define interfaces to retrieve data and develops a data refresh strategy
• Map enterprise data to attributes within the NBA solution
• Support the definition and assessment of next-best-action strategy requirements
• Perform impact analysis on new requirements
• Translate requirements into strategies
• Support testing, QA, and business simulation
• Support NBA reporting, monitoring and control
• Manage Proposition/Offer matrix.
• Design and manage adaptive and predictive models.
• Work closely with QA team to ensure all changes are tested properly.
• Act as a mentor to junior resources.
