Minimum 3 Years

Requirements:

  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in both
    Arabic
    and
    English
    (written & spoken).
  • Minimum
    3 years of hands-on experience
    as an Odoo Functional Consultant (preferably in UAE or GCC region).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Odoo modules
    (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
  • Ability to gather requirements, prepare documentation, configure modules, and provide training.
  • Must be able to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Good understanding of UAE market processes (Finance, VAT, HR & Payroll is a plus).
  • UAE Driving License
    preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings for requirement gathering.
  • Prepare gap analysis, functional documents, and workflow mapping.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customization requirements.
