Job Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Dyeing Master, specializing in nylon dyeing using CDR machines. The role is responsible for assisting in the dyeing process, ensuring accurate shade matching, consistent quality, and smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in nylon dyeing operations with expertise in CDR dyeing machines

 Monitor and control the dyeing process parameters (temperature, pH, time, chemical dosing, etc.).

 Support the Dyeing Master in shade matching and shade reproducibility.

 Ensure proper handling of dyes, chemicals, and auxiliaries as per recipes.

 Inspect dyed fabrics/yarns for quality, uniformity, and colour fastness.

 Maintain process records, dyeing reports, and quality logs.

 Ensure smooth workflow between dyeing, finishing, and quality control teams.

 Follow safety standards and chemical handling protocols in the dyeing department.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology (Dyeing & Finishing) or equivalent.

 2 + years of experience in nylon dyeing, preferably with CDR dyeing machines.

 Strong knowledge of dyes, auxiliaries, and chemical applications in synthetic fiber processing.

 Practical understanding of color matching, shade checking, and fastness testing.

 Ability to troubleshoot dyeing defects (uneven dyeing, patchiness, shade variation, etc.).

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

 Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹25, ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
