It delivers digital solutions utilising Lumada in five sectors, including Mobility, Smart Life, Industry, Energy and IT, to increase our customers’ social, environmental and economic value.- Job Title: Business Analyst With Payment Domain- Location: PAN INDIA- Experience: 7 To 10 Years- Job Type: Contract to hire.- Notice Period: Immediate joiners.- Mandatory Skills: Payments,APIS,JSON,REST,Swagger,Postman.Job description:- Skill: Payments domain BA- Detailed JD- Analyze and document business needs and functional requirements for payment systems, translating them into user stories, process maps, and other artifacts for development teams.- Strong understanding of APIs, payment transaction products (e.g., transfers, card processing), and payment industry standards (e.g., ISO20022, SEPA, PSD2).- Familiarity with Postman for API testing and other relevant tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Swagger.- Utilize Postman to test APIs, validate payment integrations, and support the technical teams in troubleshooting and ensuring the robust functioning of payment solutions.- Serve as a subject matter expert on payment processes, products, and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in all solutions.- Conduct or support user acceptance testing to validate that developed features meet business needs and user expectations.- Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within payment systems, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive consensus, prioritize tasks, and ensure the alignment of solutions with business goals.
