About the Role We're hiring a backend developer to work on a healthcare technology platform. You'll build and maintain APIs, design database schemas, optimize performance, and ship production-grade code. Requirements 3–5 years of backend experience with Node.Js (Express/NestJS/NextJS). Strong with data architecture, database - PostgreSQL, Redis, and Firebase. Comfortable deploying on GCP or AWS. You write clean, testable code and don't need hand-holding. Good to Have Experience in healthcare/healthtech. Exposure to FHIR, HL7, or health data standards. Compensation ₹1.5L/month. Contract basis with potential conversion based on performance and project scope. Responsibilities Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices Develop and optimize database schemas in PostgreSQL Implement caching layers using Redis Integrate third-party services and Firebase for real-time features Deploy and manage infrastructure on GCP/AWS Write clean, documented, testable code Participate in code reviews and technical planning Debug production issues and own system reliability Qualifications 3–5 years backend development experience Strong proficiency in Node.Js (Express, Fastify, or NestJS) Solid grasp of PostgreSQL, Redis, Firebase Experience with GCP or AWS (compute, storage, networking basics) Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization Ability to work independently in async, remote setup How to Apply Send your resume and GitHub/portfolio to
