Highly skilled and detail-oriented Excel Specialist with expertise in Excel macros, formulas, and related functionalities. In this role, the person should be responsible for effective use of Excel advanced features and techniques.

Responsibilities:

Analyze existing Excel reports to enhance efficiency and productivity for data collection.Design, develop, and implement Excel macros, formulas, and utilize advanced excel features to streamline data processing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand data dependencies, and propose alternative data points.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of macros and formulas to ensure accuracy and reliability of data and outputs.Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of Excel macros, formulas, and related functionalities.Monitor and maintain existing Excel-based tools, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.4 to 5 years of Excel development experience.Hands-on experience and expertise in Excel macros, formulas, VBA programming, and data manipulation techniques.Knowledge on Cognos Reporting Tool (Preferred) or any other reporting tool experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into efficient Excel-based solutions.Solid understanding of data management using excel, including data validation, cleansing, and transformation.Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform thorough testing and debugging of macros and formulas.Effective communication and people skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and train end-users.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results within defined timelines.Shift Time: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST
