We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams within the banking or financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Java and PL/SQL, combined with proven leadership in delivering enterprise applications. You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, resource planning, client communication, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries.Job Responsibilities: 15+ years of experience in IT delivery/project management, especially in the BFSI or enterprise software domain. Strong background in Java, PL/SQL, and enterprise application architectures. Proven experience in handling large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects. Deep understanding of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.) and methodologies. Exceptional client-handling, negotiation, and leadership skills. Lead the successful delivery of multiple, complex IT projects for BFSI clients from initiation to closure. Coordinate project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders to track expectations, address issues, and align objectives. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid). Ensure technical quality, security, and compliance with banking standards. Oversee resource allocation, team performance, and project escalations. Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Mentor project managers, leads, and team members to enhance delivery capability.
