Job Description
The Administrative Manager is responsible for directing and supervising all administrative processes of the company. This includes managing the corresponding areas to efficiently use human, material, and financial resources, as well as contributing to the achievement of determined objectives. The role involves defining plans and programs for goal achievement and continuous improvement, supervising the correct execution of processes in areas such as Human Capital, Sales, Quality Management, and Purchasing to ensure the organization's planned results are achieved, ensuring the preparation and delivery of the annual budget, supporting strategic planning, enforcing internal policies and applicable legal requirements, and presenting results to General Management and Corporate General Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in administrative areas of the manufacturing industry, preferably in the glass industry (packaging)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, fiscal and financial topics, and labor obligations
  • Skills in customer orientation, results orientation, business acumen, leadership, innovation, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, and planning and organization

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
