Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.


  • Campaign Creation and Execution: Plan, create, and deploy targeted email campaigns, including promotional offers, newsletters, product updates, and event invitations. Utilize email marketing tools and platforms to design visually appealing and personalized email templates.


  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Segment our email subscriber list based on various demographics, behaviors, and preferences. Implement targeted messaging and content tailored to different audience segments to maximize relevance and engagement.


  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant email content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements. Ensure that all email content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.


  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated. Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance data to optimize email content, timing, and targeting for improved results.


  • Email Automation: Implement email automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks, nurture leads, and deliver personalized experiences at scale. Utilize automation tools to trigger emails based on user actions, lifecycle stages, and engagement levels.


  • Compliance and Deliverability: Stay up-to-date with email marketing regulations, best practices, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and optimize email deliverability through proper list hygiene, segmentation, and authentication practices.


  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports and insights to track email marketing performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Present findings to stakeholders and senior management to demonstrate the impact of email marketing on business goals.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in email marketing.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of experience in sales development or related roles, with a proven track record of success in driving lead generation and pipeline growth. Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and development. Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive results. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
