Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Build strong client relationships and drive customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales efforts
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine tactics

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of sales leadership experience in Real Estate and/or Hospitality
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
  • Proven success in driving revenue and scaling sales operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
