• Work closely with Technical teams and ensure all planned maintenance schedules are updated and scheduled on the system • Ensure all legal compliance related documents are maintained on system to avoid any disruption of store operations • Ensure the planned maintenance SOP library is accurate and upto date at all times • Ensure all planned maintenance related reports are relevant; intuitive and simple to support decision making • Take ownership of the seasonal maintenance operational plan. Work closely with various maintenance teams and hold them accountable to complete all agreed tasks within the agreed timelines • Ensure field teams are notified of severe weather warnings to plan accordingly • Manage relationships with multiple partners; handle user problems within process • Driving CI framework; challenge status quo; facilitate brainstorming sessions with team and support implementation of CI projects and innovation within the team First line team supervisory responsibility on process coaching; on the job training; coordinating and communicating • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence • Serve as subject matter expert and take complete ownership of process / operations • Solves complex operational problems
