The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the initial screening of resumes.
  • Collaborate with HR managers to address employee concerns and facilitate communication between management and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying informed about changes in legislation and updating HR policies accordingly.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Luxury.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
