Position: Administrative Specialist

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 0-3 years

Salary: Up to 4 LPA


Job responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs

• Work closely with the managers to track & review business verticals

• Calendar Management

• Preparing Minutes of the meeting & strong follow up on the action points

• Preparing and reviewing meeting briefs, reports, presentations, and other documents

• Manages communication between the manager and key stakeholders by drafting the necessary correspondence for review

• Support various projects and initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met

• Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing

• Coordinating travel arrangements including Domestic & international bookings, hotel accommodation, visa applications.

• Prepare itineraries & expense reports


Desired Candidate:

• Any Graduate

• Excellent MS Office knowledge

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Discretion and confidentiality

• Knowledge of finance

• Customer service experience

• Prior experience in the similar role with EXPATS would be a plus
