A Senior IT Recruiter at Sundew would be pivotal in building a talented and diverse workforce that
aligns with the company's strategic goals. Effective communication, a deep understanding of the IT industry,an in-depth knowledge of core HR functions for strategic recruitments and solid
relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role. The candidate should have an MBA in HR and report to the Management Board.
Job Description:
Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand the organization's business goals and the specific requirements for mid to senior-level positions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from the industry.
Use traditional and modern recruitment methods, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, and industry events.
Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their accurate and exact technical skills, experience for the required skillset we are searching for, and, most importantly, cultural fit with the organization. Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future needs. Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and feedback throughout recruitment.
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise the organization on market conditions and make recommendations for attracting top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish realistic expectations regarding candidate profiles.
Manage the negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages. Facilitate the offer management process, including extending job offers and managing candidate expectations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations. Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process by considering a diverse pool of candidates.
Proactively evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within Sundew's hiring strategy.
Required skill sets:
Must know IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Must know core HR functions for recruitment.
Ability to understand A.S.K.-based hiring.
Clear and effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Practical negotiation skills for offer management and closing candidates.
Efficiently manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
Accurate and organized record-keeping using applicant tracking systems.
Experience & Educational Qualification:
Should have at least 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience in IT recruitment.
Must have an MBA in HR
