You will be responsible for leading technology assessments and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.ResponsibilitiesFluency in programming languages such as Java, Node, PythonExpert with frameworks, platform trends in the space of Data and Distributed Systems – Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Elastic Search, Graph DB, etc.Ability to lead various Technology AssessmentsBroader knowledge of infrastructure and info securityFamiliarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Data, and microservices methodologyDocumenting Solution Design and Architecture Options Analysis and Recommendations with costs/benefits, high-level tradeoffs, constraints, and assumptionsDefine/Refine Architecture Guidelines and PrinciplesDetailed Designs (RESTful API design)Delivering proof of concepts and reference implementationsExcellent communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation skills and interpersonal skillsMentor and direct architects and engineersCross-Functional collaboration with various stakeholders and partners (Business, Product, Engineering, and Architecture)Comfortable with context switching and managing across multiple prioritiesMake high-quality decisions with limited informationThrive in an environment of constant changeBe a quick learner undaunted by complex systemsAbility to expand to new domains and be able to pick up and contribute quicklyExperience in the payments or eCommerce industryPrior knowledge of Risk Management and Fraud Detection technologies in the Payments industry is a plusPrior experience in active-active, multi-AZ, multi-region processing a huge plusFluent English and Mandarin-speaking is a plusQualificationsTotal Experience: 10 – 16 YearsLocation: Chennai (Hybrid)Required SkillsFluency in programming languages such as Java, Node, PythonExpertise in Data and Distributed SystemsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in the payments or eCommerce industryKnowledge of Risk Management and Fraud Detection technologiesPay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
