Job Role: In-House Content Creator (Script Writing & Acting)

1. Script Writing

  • Research and ideate content topics aligned with brand goals, campaigns, or audience interests.
  • Write engaging scripts for short videos, ads, reels, YouTube content, explainer videos, or campaigns.
  • Adapt scripts to different formats (social media, ads, long-form, internal communication).
  • Maintain brand tone, storytelling style, and ensure clarity in messaging.

2. Acting / On-Screen Performance

  • Perform as the face of the brand in scripted content.
  • Deliver lines confidently, naturally, and with expressions that suit the script.
  • Adapt acting style for different platforms (casual reels vs. professional ad campaigns).
  • Be comfortable in front of the camera, including voiceovers and character roles if needed.

3. Content Creation & Production Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing/creative team on content ideas and campaigns.
  • Suggest innovative video styles (skits, educational, entertaining, brand stories).
  • Assist during shooting (blocking, scene setup, rehearsals).
  • Participate in post-production review (feedback on edits, pacing, captions).

4. Brand Representation

  • Be the consistent face/voice of the company's digital presence.
  • Embody the brand's values, tone, and positioning in performances.
  • Ensure professionalism and creativity in every appearance.

5. Additional Responsibilities (if required)

  • Brainstorm campaign ideas with the team.
  • Repurpose scripts for blogs, emailers, or short-form content.
  • Track content performance and adapt future scripts accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
