Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office GSA, located in Amritsar. The Front Office GSA will be responsible for managing phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, ensuring excellent customer service, and performing receptionist duties. The individual will also be required to maintain effective communication with guests and other team members.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience with Receptionist Duties
- Effective Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
