Overview :

Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. The Tech Lead will lead a team of developers, design and develop software solutions using Java, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience leading teams, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Java.

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture, design, and testing documents.

- Ensure the quality of code, design, and architecture of software solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

- Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

- Research new technologies and techniques to improve software development processes.

Requirements :

- At least 7 years of experience in Java / Spring boot development.

- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Experience with software development tools like IntelliJ IDEA, Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

- Experience with front-end development technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
