Experience: 1- 4 years in sales, customer service, hospitality, or fitness industry Qualification: Graduation mandatory Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 + Incentives Job Role We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer- friendly Customer / Sales Coordinator to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will handle walk- in inquiries, drive membership sales, manage follow- ups, and ensure an excellent experience for every visitor and member. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage with walk- in customers and understand their fitness needs - Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and offers - Convert inquiries into membership sales through calls, WhatsApp, and in- person consultations - Invite prospects for trial sessions and ensure a positive experience - Maintain lead follow- up logs and daily communication updates - Support branch sales targets and contribute to overall business growth - Address customer issues politely and resolve concerns with the team - Build strong rapport to enhance customer satisfaction and retention Must have ✔ Very strong communication skills (English + Hindi/ Malayalam preferred) ✔ Confident, polite, and proactive personality ✔ Ability to handle walk- ins and sales targets comfortably ✔ Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
