The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering technical training, designing engaging content, and mentoring learners to build practical, job-ready skills.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and Data Science.- Design and develop course materials including presentations, hands-on labs, assignments, and case studies.- Customize training programs according to learner profiles and industry trends.- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions.- Keep content updated with emerging technologies and best practices.- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training effectiveness.-Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Data Science/Analytics/Training.- Strong expertise in Python/R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Machine Learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Hands-on experience in NLP and Deep Learning projects.- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.- Experience in content creation, training delivery, and learner assessment.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of diverse backgrounds.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.- Certifications in AI, ML, or Data Science from reputed platforms.- Prior experience in corporate or academic training.- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
