Roles & Responsibilities:
Actively engage with the client team by participating in thebusiness process discussions understand the current processes painpoints and new requirements to design an effective solution inS/4HANA.
Lead the functional / technical consultants inensuring successful delivery of the SAP Solution and ensuredeliverables for Sales and Distribution are successfully handedover for the closure of the project.
Identify andescalate issues and risks within project structure as soon asdiscovered and not just when the delivery is due Prepare Key user& End user training and workshop materials and conduct themeetings Ensure documentation of all key project deliverables andexecute smooth transition plan to the Application maintenance teamSupport Effort Estimation Solution Standardizing conduct TrainingMentoring and Coaching junior team members Strong client facingexperience Analytical mindset with a strong eagerness to learn andable to translate requirements into designs and code /configuration Demonstrates excellent communication skills both oraland written Open to work in shifts and flexible to support duringweekends / holidays in case ofurgency
Requirements MandatorySkills
8Years relevant experience in Sap MM S4 Hana with integrationexposure and IDocexperience
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strongexperience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. -Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture anddevelopment best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modulessuch as Incident Management, Change Management, and ServiceCatalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. AdditionalInformation: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years ofexperience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate willpossess a strong educational background in computer science or arelated field, along with a proven track record of deliveringimpactful ServiceNow solutions.
