The ideal candidate should be able to manage paid campaigns end-to-end, optimize ROI, and work closely with the marketing team to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget planning for effective campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI. Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, tools, and platform updates. Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives. Required Skills & Experience 3–4 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer / PPC Specialist. Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager. Excellent knowledge of campaign optimization techniques (CPC, CPA, ROAS). Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and remarketing strategies. Experience in managing mid-to-high ad budgets effectively.
