Job Title: ITSM and HRSD Specialist for System Upgrade

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced ITSM and HRSD Specialist to lead the upgrade and migration from the Utah Module to the Washington Module. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. The role involves managing the end-to-end upgrade process, ensuring seamless transition, and optimizing system performance post-migration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the upgrade and migration project from Utah Module to Washington Module, ensuring all processes are followed and documented.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Perform system assessments and health checks to identify potential risks and issues prior to migration.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for the upgrade.
  • Configure and customize the ITSM and HRSD modules to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Provide post-upgrade support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary fixes and optimizations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and system functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in ITSM and HRSD modules to continually improve processes and system performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in system upgrades and migrations, specifically within ITSM and HRSD modules.
  • Proven experience with ITSM and HRSD, with a deep understanding of their functionalities and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Relevant certifications in ITSM and HRSD are a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in system upgrade and migration methodologies.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ITSM and HRSD modules.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform.
  • ITIL certification or similar credentials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
