Specifically, the Trainee- System Admin will : Monitoring of the customer's Azure infrastructure. Monitoring and handling incidents and tickets (Break-fix, Request, Change Requests). Attending customer calls. Support the team in day-to-day operations. Should be comfortable working rotational shifts. Qualification: B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and IT Min 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B. Tech till 6th semester No current backlogs A degree in Cloud Computing will be preferred but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Operating systems. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its related technologies. Any Certification in Azure would be a plus.
