case-based learning .Prior Academic Associate/Teaching Assistant experience in Strategy at top B-School and similar institutes, will be an added advantage but not mandatory.Academically inclined and with a desire for a future academic career i.e., teaching, research etc.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant work experience preferred
