Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Architect , Salesforce Data Integration to lead the design and implementation of a robust data integration solution between our SAP and Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce data modeling, managed packages, and SAP data models.

Responsibilities:

  • Architecture Design: Develop and document comprehensive Salesforce architectures, considering functional requirements, performance, scalability, and security.
  • APEX Development: Write high-quality APEX code to create custom applications, triggers, and workflows.
  • Managed Packages: Manage and deploy managed packages to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Data Analysis and Mapping: Analyze complex data structures, identify data sources, and create detailed data mapping specifications to align with business requirements.
  • SAP Integration: Integrate Salesforce with SAP systems using BAPI, RFC, and other integration methods.
  • Data Quality Management: Implement data quality best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the integration process.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize data integration processes for performance and scalability to meet growing business demands.
  • Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive documentation for data integration processes and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
  • Project Management: Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of data integration solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 12-15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Strong proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Managed packages, Lightning components and APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including security, performance tuning, and scalability.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce data integration tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce data migration and synchronization processes.
  • Experience with SAP functional or data modeling concepts .
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Java or Python.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP CRM is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
