Key Responsibilities:

• PR Strategy & Research: Design and execute impactful PR campaigns tailored to client needs.
• Writing & Content Creation: Develop engaging content for internal use and client-facing communications.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact, nurturing client partnerships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Media Relations: Lead media outreach, manage event coordination, and craft key messages.
• Account Management: Oversee daily project operations, ensuring smooth execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions and strategies.
• Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members to drive their professional growth.
• New Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business efforts.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in PR, with at least 2-3 years in media relations.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Strong project and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of PR strategies, media landscape, and client industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities effectively.
