Launched last year, VEDIC LAB has already passed the market-fit stage and is now entering an exciting phase of hyper-growth. We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager to lead 1:1 communication with influencers, brand partners, and customers while contributing to key projects that drive brand growth.


This role is ideal for someone passionate about building a community with influencers and customers, particularly within the beauty and wellness industry. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, and a passion for execution excellence is key to succeed with VEDIC LAB.

Key responsibilities

1.  Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and build relationships with micro and nano influencers in the DACH market (Switzerland, Germany, Austria).
  • Manage and nurture influencer collaborations, ensuring successful execution of campaigns that drive strong KPIs.
  • Analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and experiment with new approaches to maximize impact and results.

2.   Affiliate Management

  • Handle and process affiliate applications, ensuring proper vetting and organization.
  • Track affiliate performance and assist in optimizing partnerships.

3.  Community management & Customer engagement

  • Actively engage with consumers on social media to foster meaningful interactions and drive conversions.
  • Serve as the brand’s voice, responding to customer inquiries via email and social media, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

4.   Other marketing projects

  • Contribute to various marketing initiatives, working closely with the VEDIC LAB team as needed.
  • Identify new opportunities to lead and drive impactful results.


Skills required

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create an engaging and positive brand presence.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring an outstanding brand experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, quickly adapting to new challenges and driving innovation.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently with a collaborative and inspiring approach.
  • Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness industries is a plus.
