Job Title : Senior MERN Stack Developer

Job Description :

- We are seeking a seasoned MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Expertise in MERN Stack: Demonstrated proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a track record of successful project deliveries.

- JavaScript Mastery: Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and its nuances, including asynchronous programming, promises, and callbacks.

- Frontend Development Skills: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. Experience with React.js and state management libraries like Redux.

- Backend Development Skills: In-depth knowledge of server-side programming using Node.js and Express.js, including the development of RESTful APIs.

- Database Management: Extensive experience in working with both relational databases and NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.

- Code Quality: Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following coding standards and best practices.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues effectively.

- Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests.

- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.

- Mentorship: Experience in conducting code reviews and providing mentorship to junior developers.

- Agile Development: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to thrive in an Agile development environment.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of proven experience in web development.

- Expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

- Experience with server-side programming using Node.js and Express.js.

- Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles.

- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
