Job Description

The consultant in the Benchmarking practice is a support role at the heart of Hacketts value proposition to its clients. The role is highly varied and requires agile, responsive, organized, and motivated individuals to work closely with the client delivery team to understand the current process, understand business problems and automate the process. Will partner with delivery teams to create valuable dashboards, reporting and analysis. Develop specific reports and pull specific data relating to key challenges to meet the demands of the businessRoles and Responsibilities:Should have experience in developing macros using VBAShould be good in advanced excel functions and PowerPoint. Should have good experience in linking excel data to PowerPoint using VBA macrosHas survey programming experience on any of the tools like Qualtrics with basic knowledge of CSS/HTML/JavaScriptExpected to work independently with limited or no supportSupport senior colleagues in the creation and development of client project deliverablesEssential Skills:Strong experience in advanced excel with a strong background in VBA coding and macros.Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Access, Outlook) including macros creation. Should be able to understand and enhance the automation logicAdvanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS. Good knowledge of software development and web technologies.Program surveys in Qualtrics/Decipher/Confirmit. Design and implement advanced technical solutions for programming while applying out of the box thinking.Very strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and activities across multiple, simultaneous projectsThe ability to work independently without close supervision as well as in small teams of professionals across all of Hacketts line of businessTrustworthiness and personal integrity when accessing confidential Hackett and client data and information which is commercially sensitiveExperience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skillsThe consultant would report into one of Hacketts managers/directors in the benchmark practice.Preferred Skills:The candidate should have an expertise in problem solving.Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently.Must have a proven track record of impacting results throughout career.Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team on business critical projects
