Key Responsibilities :
SmartComm Developer to create PC related documents
Smartcomm Development :
- Design, develop, and implement Smartcomm solutions, including document templates, data models, and business logic.
System Integration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Smartcomm with other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
Requirements Analysis :
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
Customization :
- Customize Smartcomm applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Troubleshooting :
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Smartcomm applications and integrations.
Documentation :
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
Testing :
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Smartcomm solutions.
Continuous Improvement :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Smartcomm features and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve current solutions.
Qualifications :
Experience : 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Smartcomm (formerly Thunderhead) development and integration.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Smartcomm modules, including Smart Communications Hub and Interactive.
- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and JSON for document and data manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or similar.
- Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST) and APIs for integration purposes.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Soft Skills :
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Mandatory Skills : SmartComm
Nice to have skills : GWPC and GWBC
