We are looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff, taking on responsibilities that span strategic planning, research, production, and high-level executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Project Management :Partner with the Founder (Anshi Barmecha) to develop and implement strategies; manage projects using tools like Monday.com; ensure timelines and quality in product development with teams in India, France, and Switzerland.
Research & Data-Driven Insights:Lead and manage daily research initiatives focused on historical and cultural data, particularly from ancient Hindu scriptures.Implement and oversee the use of data analysis and NLP tools to extract deeper insights and meanings from large volumes of textual data.Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate machine learning methodologies that enhance traditional research processes.Work closely with research teams to integrate insights from ancient scriptures and ensure their application in design and product development.
Customer Experience & Retention:Develop and manage client journey processes to create seamless and memorable interactions from initial contact to post-delivery follow-ups.Establish robust systems for customer engagement, prioritizing long-term client relationships.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:Act as the main liaison between research teams, technical developers, and designers, facilitating smooth communication and project alignment.Support cross-functional initiatives to ensure all parts of the organization work harmoniously toward common goals.
Founder Support:Assist the Founder with managing schedules, travel logistics, and key communications.Anticipate the Founder’s needs and ensure preparedness for meetings and critical engagements.
Key Qualifications:2-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a similar high-impact environment, ideally within luxury or high-end sectors.Experience in research methodologiesKnowledge or strong interest in Hindu Studies or Mythology.Superior organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Exceptional communication skills; must be fluent in English and Hindi, with French as a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at handling confidential information with discretion.
