Role & responsibilities

Shopify Store Management: Oversee end-to-end operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, collections, inventory, payments, and order management.

  • Product Optimization: Optimize product pages for SEO, conversions, and enhanced user experience.
  • Integrations Management: Manage integrations with third-party Shopify apps (loyalty, reviews, subscriptions, shipping, etc.).
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and maintain site speed, performance, and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with developers.
  • Sales & Growth Strategy: Define and execute strategies to drive online sales, traffic, and customer acquisition.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, retention, and ROAS.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage promotional campaigns, discount codes, bundles, and seasonal sales.
  • Order Fulfillment Oversight: Ensure smooth customer journeys by overseeing order fulfillment, returns, and shipping processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 58 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus (preferred), Liquid code basics, and third-party app ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce KPIs, analytics tools, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, marketing teams, and customer support.
